On June 6th, Seattle City Council will meet to discuss the Office of Housing's Administrative and Financial plan and the proposed Community Preference Policy. This represents an important move by our city leadership to ensure Seattle's growth doesn't continue to displace and harm the communities who make up the fabric of our vibrant city. The Community Preference Policy will give priority to the people who live in the community where affordable housing is being built.
